How does the store locator work?

1. Enter a ZIP code. Tell us what you are shopping for and where.
2. Pick a nearby store. You see a short list of participating stores, nearest first, within 200 miles. LendPro does not sell placement.
3. Choose how to apply. See If You Pre-Qualify reaches the lenders configured for that store, or choose No Credit Needed.
4. Finish on LendPro's secure application page. You enter your details there, not in a search box or a chat. Where the provider supports pre-qualification, it uses a soft pull and won't affect credit scores. A lender may run a hard inquiry if you accept an offer.

What will the search tell me?

• Stores found. Participating stores near you, with the distance in miles.
• No stores nearby. If none are close, the search widens to 200 miles and says so.
• Shop online instead. If no participating store is within 200 miles, the search shows LendPro e-commerce retailers for your category, labeled "Ships to all 50 states".
• No participating stores found. You can refer a store you would like to see.
• Search unavailable. If the search service cannot be reached, the page tells you so instead of showing results.

Can my store be listed?

Yes. Listing is off by default and every merchant chooses. You can list your stores in search, appear only when shoppers ask for your store by name, or stay off the locator entirely. Existing LendPro merchants can ask their Client Success team to be listed; the LendPro team updates the store list every week. New retailers can request a demo.

What if there is no store near me?

The search first looks for participating stores near your ZIP code and widens to 200 miles. If there is still no store nearby, it shows LendPro's e-commerce retailers for what you are shopping for. They sell online to all 50 states, and you apply online with the retailer you choose.

Each lender sets its own eligibility and terms. Each retailer sets its own delivery terms.

How do I refer a merchant?

Know a store that should offer LendPro financing? Email support@mylendpro.com with the store name, city and what it sells, and LendPro will reach out. Refer a merchant by email.

Retailers who want to be listed can also request a demo.

How is store information protected?

• No public directory. LendPro does not publish a list of its merchants.
• Opt-in only. A store appears only after the merchant turns listing on.
• Limited results. Search results are limited, and automated requests are subject to controls designed to reduce bulk collection of merchant information.
• No application details in search. Searching asks only for a ZIP code and a category.
