You can check what you may qualify for before you buy, without applying lender by lender.
Key takeaways
- LendPro lets you apply once at a participating store and see financing options from the providers that store works with.
- LendPro is not a lender, and the lender or lease provider you choose makes the decision, sets the terms and holds your account.
- Pre-qualified amounts are subject to the lender's final approval, and not every provider offers pre-qualification.
- Lease-to-own is a rental-purchase agreement, not a loan, and the total cost is higher than the cash price.
What do you want to do?
- Find a participating store. Look for See If You Pre-Qualify or No Credit Needed on a store's website or in the store, or ask an associate for a text link.
- See how applying works. Every step from the short form to e-signing, what pre-qualified means and how lease-to-own works.
- Check my application. Pick up an application you started with Lookup Application, and see who to contact about your order or account.
How does financing through LendPro work for you?
- Apply once. On a participating store's LendPro application, pick See If You Pre-Qualify or No Credit Needed and enter your information one time. One application reaches the providers in that store's lineup.
- See your offers. Offers from the providers the store works with show on screen once they respond, sometimes side by side. Online and in-store lender availability, application requirements, and results may differ. Pre-qualified amounts are subject to the lender's final approval.
- Finish with the provider you choose. You complete that provider's full application, agree to its terms and submit. The store then creates your invoice, you e-sign in store or by a text or email link, and the store arranges delivery or pickup.
Each step is explained in detail in how it works.
Which way should I apply?
The store's LendPro application gives you two ways to start. Both use the same short form.
| Question | See If You Pre-Qualify | No Credit Needed |
|---|---|---|
| Who sees your application | The lenders the store works with, including traditional lenders | Only No Credit Needed providers; the traditional lenders are skipped |
| Effect on your credit to check | Where the provider supports pre-qualification, it uses a soft pull and won't affect your credit score | The provider's full application may include a check with the credit bureaus and/or alternative credit sources |
| What you may see | Pre-qualified amounts, subject to the lender's final approval | Several offers side by side; many are lease-to-own |
| A good fit if | You want to see the full range of the store's options first | You have little or no credit history, or prefer to skip traditional lenders |
Not sure? Start with See If You Pre-Qualify. Learn what a soft pull is and how lease-to-own works. Lease-to-own is a rental-purchase agreement, not a loan. Total cost is higher than the cash price.
Search by ZIP code and what you are shopping for. Pre-qualifying won't affect your credit score where the provider supports it.
How do I find a store near me?
Search participating stores by ZIP code with Find a store, or look for See If You Pre-Qualify or No Credit Needed on a participating store's website, scan a QR code or use a kiosk in the store, or ask an associate for a text link.
Don't see your store? Refer it
Email the store name, city and what it sells to info@mylendpro.com, or ask the store to get in touch with LendPro.
Already applied? How do I check my application?
Go back to the same store's LendPro application, the financing page, kiosk, QR code or text link you used before, and choose Lookup Application. It finds the application you already started so you can pick up where you left off. In the store, an associate can also look it up for you.
Questions about an approval, your payments or your account go to the lender or lease provider named in your agreement. Questions about your order or delivery go to the store. See check your application for who handles what.
What is LendPro, and what is it not?
- LendPro is the application the store uses. It sends your one application to the providers in that store's lineup and shows you the results.
- LendPro is not a lender. It is not a bank, not a financial institution and not a buy now, pay later company. It does not decide your application, set your rate or payment, or hold your account.
- LendPro is not a store. It does not sell products or run a shopping marketplace. You buy from the store; the store handles your order, delivery and returns.
- How your information is shared. Data is encrypted in transit. Application data is shared with the lenders reviewing the application and with service providers that process it under LendPro's privacy notice. LendPro holds a SOC 2 report.
Where can I get help?
Most questions have a clear owner: the store for your order, your lender or lease provider for your account, and LendPro for help using the application. Read the shopper FAQ or go to shopper help for contact details, including how to stop text messages under the SMS terms and how LendPro handles your data in the Privacy Notice.
Pre-qualified amounts are subject to the lender's final approval and are not a guarantee of approval. Not every provider offers pre-qualification. Lenders and lease providers make all decisions and set all terms; availability varies by store, state and purchase. Lease-to-own is a rental-purchase agreement, not a loan. Total cost is higher than the cash price.

Frequently asked questions
Is LendPro a lender?
No. LendPro is the financing application a participating store uses. The lender or lease provider you choose makes the decision, sets the terms and services your account.
Does checking my options affect my credit?
Where the provider supports pre-qualification, it uses a soft pull and won't affect your credit score. If you choose an offer and complete that provider's full application, the provider may run a hard inquiry.
What if I have little or no credit?
Choose No Credit Needed. It goes straight to No Credit Needed providers, where several offers may show side by side. Their full applications may include a check with the credit bureaus and/or alternative credit sources.
How do I find a store that offers LendPro financing?
Search participating stores by ZIP code with Find a store, or look for See If You Pre-Qualify or No Credit Needed on a participating store's website or in the store, or ask an associate for a text link.
Who do I call about my payments?
The lender or lease provider named in your agreement. LendPro cannot see or change your account, payments or due dates.
Can I go back to an application I started?
Yes. Open the same store's LendPro application and choose Lookup Application to pick up where you left off.
