LendPro Privacy Notice
LendPro allows you to enter your personal data in the attempt to receive an offer from one of our lenders, financiers, or lease-to-own providers, the decision of which is solely theirs. LendPro will collect the data you enter and share that with one or more providers in an attempt to find you an offer that best meets your needs. You understand that offers, updates and decisioning of eligibility may be sent to you through electronic communication including text, call or email via automated means.
We respect your data privacy and will make every effort necessary to safeguard your data. The data you enter on the LendPro platform is transmitted encrypted through a secure internet protocol to one or more of our partners. Your data is stored in a secure data center, not on this device, and your Social Security number will be purged.
By completing the LendPro Registration Form, you authorize LendPro to share your information with one or more lenders, financers, or lease-to-own providers who may consider your application for approval. If your application is not approved, you also agree that LendPro may share any information you have provided with other lenders, financiers, and lease-to-own providers who may consider whether they can provide a prequalified offer for you. You agree that LendPro and these lenders, financiers, and lease-to-own providers may obtain credit reports and other information about you to verify the information you provided. You also understand that any approval or prequalified offers from any such lenders, financiers, and lease-to-own providers are independent of LendPro, that each approval or offer will include different rates, terms and conditions, and that no prequalified offer is a guarantee of approval.
We will not sell or otherwise use your data other than for its intended purpose.
