If you are a Customer using the LendPro platform to apply for financing, the personal information you provide (such as name, address, contact details, Social Security number, and financial data) is collected solely to securely transmit to one or more lenders, financiers, or lease-to-own providers for consideration of your application, and we do not make lending decisions. If you are a Merchant using or researching LendPro’s SaaS services, we may collect business contact details and information about your interactions with our websites or portals, and we may use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to analyze usage, improve services, and deliver targeted LendPro advertising; these technologies are not used for consumer loan applicants. We do not sell or rent your data, though we may share information with trusted service providers (such as analytics, hosting, and IT security) who support our operations. Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and Texas), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of targeted advertising and the sharing of your personal information, and you will not face discrimination for exercising these rights.
