Which systems does LendPro integrate with?
| Integration | Category | What it does with LendPro | Announced |
|---|---|---|---|
| STORIS | Furniture and appliance ERP and POS | LendPro 2.0 embedded in STORIS ERP and NextGen (eSTORIS planned), with First Right of Refusal (FROR) support on the See If You Pre-Qualify path with the traditional waterfall setting, reporting by lender, store and associate, and one LendPro portal to apply, finalize, transact and process returns and exchanges | May 21, 2025 |
| 1stMILE | Auto service financing platform | LendPro's multi-lender platform sits behind 1stMILE's automated credit matching, and 1stMILE checks approvals against the repair ticket. Merchants also gain access to additional card and installment programs through 1stMILE checkout | Aug 27, 2026 |
| B3 Cloud Commerce | Ecommerce storefront platform | Connects B3 storefronts with LendPro multi-lender financing; supported product-page, checkout and merchant workflows are confirmed for each retailer | Oct 15, 2025 |
LendPro 2.0 in STORIS keeps the whole financed sale in one LendPro portal. Associates do not log into each lender's portal to complete a sale or handle a return or exchange. Cancel and refund in the LendPro portal is available for most lenders in the network; a few providers still require the provider's portal for cancellations and refunds.

Where can a shopper start an application?
Configure financing for each sales channel. Online and in-store lender availability, application requirements, and results may differ. LendPro works with the retailer to establish the appropriate configuration for each channel. These are the places a shopper can start an application:
| Entry point | Where the shopper sees it | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Product pages and cart | On the retailer website, next to the price | Shoppers check what they can afford before they visit or check out |
| In-store kiosks and tablets | On the sales floor or at the counter | Private pre-qualification without handing a phone or ID to staff; see kiosks and devices |
| QR codes | Tags, signs, service bays, receipts | Shoppers scan and apply on their own phone |
| Text links | Sent by an associate or service advisor | Follow-up after a quote, or a customer waiting in the lobby |
| Hosted application from the POS | Launched from the sale or work order | Associates start financing without leaving the point of sale |
LendPro helps retailers add a See If You Pre-Qualify button and "as low as" payment estimates to website product pages, and builds complete AEO financing pages, at no additional cost as part of the subscription. Payment estimates are examples only; lenders set APR, term and payment based on approval. See AEO financing pages and product-page financing.
Where the provider supports pre-qualification, it uses a soft pull and won't affect credit scores. A lender may run a hard inquiry if the shopper accepts an offer.
How do you choose an integration path?
- Start with your POS. Ask LendPro whether your POS can start a hosted LendPro application from the sale through the Launch API, with results sent back through POS Sync. Where an embedded integration exists, use it: LendPro 2.0 in STORIS ERP and NextGen, or LendPro's multi-lender platform behind 1stMILE checkout for auto shops. With no integration, associates use the hosted application, text links and QR codes from day one.
- Add your website. Put pre-qualification on product pages and the cart, where shoppers decide.
- Add the floor. Kiosks, tablets and QR codes serve shoppers who want privacy; see kiosks and devices.
- Add follow-up. SPLICE or AI sales tools bring back shoppers who pre-qualified and did not buy. This outreach happens with the shopper's consent; shoppers can opt out at any time (reply STOP to texts).
- Build custom with APIs. Platforms and retailers with their own systems use the Launch, POS Sync and Settlement APIs, described on the developers page.
LendPro's go-live SLA is 10 business days. Timing depends on lender activation and integration scope, and custom integrations take longer. LendPro confirms the start date and prerequisites during onboarding.

Does LendPro work with Elavon merchant processing?
Elavon merchant processing. LendPro is a partner of Elavon, a merchant processing provider. Retailers can pair LendPro financing with Elavon card processing. Ask LendPro about Elavon pricing options for your stores.
How do platforms become integration partners?
POS platforms, ecommerce platforms and networks can embed LendPro or launch a branded program. Lenders can join the network. See partners, for lenders and white label, or book a call. LendPro is not a lender. Lenders make all credit decisions and set all terms.
